In fact, the goal of our online Master of Engineering Management program is to develop forward-thinking engineers with the leadership skills needed to effectively manage and successfully utilize engineering teams to create tangible and quality results. Through cohesive teamwork, quality management principles, detailed communication, and data analysis, engineering managers craft the processes and systems that define and improve our world.
